Hello, I'm Josie
My journey to coaching wasn’t a straight line - and that’s part of what makes it so special.
My career began in music at just 18, when I was one half of the Australian pop duo Dash & Will. We released singles and an album, toured nationally, filmed music videos, hosted Nickelodeon’s The Go Show, and even covered major events like the Kids’ Choice Awards red carpet.
It was an unforgettable experience, and it gave me firsthand insight into the pressure, vulnerability, and excitement that comes with being on camera.
Over the past decade, my work shifted behind the scenes. I’ve built a career as a corporate video producer, interviewer, editor, voice-over artist, and podcast co-host, working closely with individuals, professionals and business owners who want to communicate clearly and confidently on screen.
Through conducting hundreds (if not thousands!) of interviews, I’ve seen just how nerve-wracking it can feel for people to present naturally on camera — even when they know their subject inside and out.
It’s something I deeply understand. Being on camera can feel daunting… but it doesn’t have to stay that way.
Today, I combine my on-stage experience, my work behind the camera, and the lessons I’ve gained from coaching hundreds of people to help others feel calm, confident, and natural on camera.
I’m passionate about helping you build genuine confidence, elevate your online presence, and create video content that feels natural, professional, and truly you.
