Hello, I'm Josie

My journey to coaching was not a straight line!

​

My career started in music when I was 18, where I was half of the Australian pop duo Dash & Will. We released singles and an album, toured nationally, filmed music videos, hosted Nickelodeon’s The Go Show, and covered major events like the Kids’ Choice Awards red carpet. 

​

This experience was phenomenal, and gave me firsthand insight into the pressure and excitement of being on camera. For the past decade, I’ve worked behind the camera as a corporate video producer, interviewer, editor, voice-over artist, and podcast co-host.

 

I've conducted hundreds (if not thousands!) of on-camera interviews, and I’ve seen how nerve-wracking it can be for people to present comfortably and confidently on camera —something I completely understand, as it can be a  daunting experience. But it doesn't have to be!

So now, drawing from both my on-stage and professional experience, I’ve learnt and developed proven techniques, tricks, and tools to help anyone relax, feel confident, and perform at their best on camera.
