You acknowledge that once payment is processed, it is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your coaching session or course as per the following terms:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the specific service.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged the full amount, as the time slot was reserved for you.

Refund Policy for Confident On Camera

1. Coaching Session Refunds
Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your coaching session more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of the Scheduled Session: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in the full charge being applied, and no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be made in writing via email at confidentoncamera@gmail.com. Please include the following information:
Your name and contact details
The service or session in question
The reason for your refund request
Date of the scheduled session
3. Refund Processing
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days after the request is made. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Digital products or content that has been delivered and accessed.
Any service where payment has been processed via Stan.Store, and the transaction is complete (subject to Stan.Store's terms and conditions).
5. No Show/Rescheduled Sessions
If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice or fail to attend, no refund will be provided. However, if you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid full charges.
